    Not the best :P

Rick took me to the airport since Jordan had school. The poor guy gets stuck with me all the time. I wonder how sick he is of driving to the airport to pick me up or drop me off :P

It was cute because I am chip obsessed and I had some in my bag to take with me but I ate some at home and they were too spicy. I didn’t have time to pack my bag so Brooke packed for me and she put the chips in there. When I got to Rick and Jordan’s she confiscated half my luggage and I gave my chips to her and Rick since I was trying to get rid of stuff I couldn’t use and they were too spicy. Well I was rushing to get to my plane and to text my family goodbye and everything and I get this picture message from Rick. He had a picture of a note from Brooke. For a minute I was really confused because they have never met and I had no idea how Rick would have gotten a note from my sister. Then he told me she had put it in my chips haha She knows me so well! Normally that would have worked. It was cute of her to write me that and it was cute of him to send it to me. It made my day.

I made it on my plane just in the nic of time. I ended up sitting next to a guy that ate a bunch of curry and spent the next 11 hours farting up a storm almost killing us all. I was praying for the oxygen masks to drop but no luck. We made it to Tokyo late so we just did a quick pass through. I have no idea if I like it or not from just that. Singapore was amazing!!! They have live butterflies and waterfalls and like 7 shopping malls all packed into the airport. I had a long layover there so I went to the rooftop gardens and watched the sun come up, fed the fish at the koi pond, took a tour out of the airport on this little bus thing, went to see the pool (didn’t swim though), played video games in the gaming center and watched movies in the movie theatre. If you ever have a long layover try to take it in Singapore.

After Singapore I went to Bangkok which was uneventful (they did give me cookie dough ice cream on the plane) and then on to Koh Samui. You get off the plane and your right on the tarmac. The airport itself is tiny and doesn’t even have walls or anything.  There was a little confusion trying to find a cab and everything but I got it figured out. I beat my roommate (who I had never met before) to the hotel so they gave me a drink and tour and then took me to the room where I started to unpack. I was there for about an hour before my roommate finally got there and introduced himself. That’s about the time we realized that the wall between the bathroom shower and the bedroom was made of glass. Not awkward at all right?! Lol Pretty much everyone on Koh Samui rides around on motor bikes and there are dogs everywhere. Water buffalo just wander around in the jungle. The taxi drivers are nuts!! We both were pretty tired from all the traveling so we just unpacked and then went down to the pool and had a few mango margaritas. I had a delicious frozen mango something or other. It got dark really early so we went for a walk on the beach and some dogs chased us down barking at us so we turned around and went back only to run into more dogs! These 2 were nice though. There was one that was black with a white patch on his chest and one that was white with tan spots. The little spotted one walked right up to me and followed me around the entire time so I decided while I was in Thailand these were going to be my dogs. We went for a little bike ride just to check things out and then came back to the resort and had dinner. I didn’t know what anything was so I just ordered randomly and ended up getting chicken and mozzarella. They basically had grilled chicken breast on a giant lump of mozzarella cheese. It was good mixed but I didn’t want to eat that giant lump of cheese plain so I snuck it into a napkin and when we were done with dinner we walked back down to the beach and I fed it to my dogs. There was only a little so I think they were ok.
