Wakeboard photo shoot
I had to get up bright and early to be on location with Alexa for the Wakeology shoot. I was thinking it would be an easy day since I didnt have to shoot. I was just going to do some hair and make up then kick back and relax. Thats not how it worked out though. Lex pretty much got the Andi James spa treatment that morning. Hair, make up, I did all of her wardrobe, and I even did her nails for her. When we got on location there were dead birds all over the place and the sand was like wet cement! I dont know what happened but it was pretty nasty. When we got out by the water the sand changed from gray to black and I wondered why...thats when I noticed it was moving! There were so many gnats the ground looked covered but when we would step they would all swarm and fly a few feet away. The water is so nasty!! I see why only tourists go to the Great Salt Lake. Let me give you a hint, if you are ever visiting Salt Lake just skip the nasty lake and drive a little while away to the salt flats. They are way better. Anyway, so it stunk like salt and dead brine shrimp and there were bugs covering all of our stuff but we managed to get the shots we needed. Alexa accidentally flashed some guys that were spying on us from their sailboat and one guy nearly fell in the lake trying to get a peek. I forgot the sunblock so all of us are burnt beyond recognition and can barely move. We spent the whole day with wakeboards though so in my book it evens everything out.
Last min. Spray tan @6am in the Wal-mart parking lot
The water is so shallow everywhere we had to pretend she was floating on the board
I ♥ the transit boards but this one is good too
Those are bugs on Alexa's shoes and thats after a bunch of them flew away when I got close!
Non-edit. Thats not cellulite its water ripple just fyi
